Our Dog Boarding Services & Rates
for Pets from Alameda, Castro Valley, CA & Beyond

Hours & Rates:

Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; drop-off times: 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM

Late fees will apply after 7:00 PM. See our Policies for details.

Saturday and Sunday, by appointment only: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; drop-off times: 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Late fees will apply after 5:00 PM. See our Policies for details.

Early and after-hour drop-offs by reservation only.

10 Pre-paid visits (All packages expire 3 months from purchase date): 

One Dog - $390 ($39 per day)

Two Dogs - $697 ($34 per

20 Pre-paid visits (All packages expire 3 months from purchase date): 
One Dog - $680 ($34 per day)
Two Dogs - $1,280 ($32 per
    day/dog)
1/2 Day (5 consecutive hours Mon-Fri only):
$28 per dog
No Discounts. Cannot Be Combined
   with Prepaid Packages.

Neighborhood Walks 

Get your dog out to play through our neighborhood walk service!  We will come to your residence and take your furry friend out for a spin in the neighborhood. Call us to inquire and we will evaluate your address to ensure it falls within our walking territory. 

Rate:  $35 per dog, for a thirty minute walk 

Dog & Puppy Boarding (Day Care Included During Stay)

Hours & Rates*:

Monday through Friday: drop-off & pickup times: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Saturday and Sunday: drop-off & pickup times: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Late fees will apply after closing times posted. See our Policies for details.


Nightly:

$68: 4 or less nights during each visit ($65 for each additional dog in household) 

$65: 5 or more nights during each visit ($63 for each additional dog in household)

Check out is 10:00 am . If checking out after 10:00 am then daycare charges will be: 10 am to 2pm ($28), 2pm to close ($45).


20 Pre-paid Pack:

$1,200 for one dog, (Must be used within 3 months)


Multiple dog rates apply to dogs from same household/family and during same reservation period.


Holiday Rates: (please review our policy agreement for holidays)

Holiday Rates are in effect for all Major holidays, $10 per night additional for boarding.

     Easter/Spring Break: March 29th to April 2nd

     Memorial Day: May 24th to May 28th

     4th of July: July 3rd to July 8th

     Labor Day: August 30th to September 3rd

     Thanksgiving: November 27th to  December 3rd

     Christmas and New Year's: December 21st to January 2nd

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum age 4 months.
  • All dogs must be spayed or neutered (by 8 months old).
  • All dogs must be current on vaccinations:
  • DHLPP
  • Bordetella
  • Rabies
  • Flea/tick program
  • Canine Influenza (CIV)
  • All dogs must be dog- and people-friendly. Must pass temperament evaluation test (see below).

 

Extras:

 

  • Evaluation fee: $28
  • Evaluation is by appointment only, we will need your dog for 5 hours from the time of drop off.  Please drop off your dog between 7am to 9am.  We conduct evaluations Monday through Friday only.  All dogs must be temperament tested and evaluated before joining PupTown. Only dog- and people-friendly dogs can play.
  • PupTown pickup service. Reservations required.
